Stefan (running to catch up with her): Bonnie.
Bonnie (nervous seeing him again): Stefan!
Stefan (stuffs hands in his pockets): Hey.
Bonnie: Hi!
Stefan: I…haven’t seen you in a while. I didn’t realize how much I missed looking at you. How are you doing…with everything? I am concerned for you. Look at the concern in my eyes. LOOK AT THEM.
Bonnie: I’m fine. All’s fine.
Stefan: Good. You’re lying. I will make it better.
Bonnie: Yeah, you will. Are you back in school? That’s my hopeful voice asking this question.
Stefan: No, actually I came here to find you. For…something important, I think. Does it even matter? Oh, right, I remember now. I was hoping you could help me with something. A spell. Even if I don’t particularly care about finding Elena anymore because you’re awesome and I’m just using it as an excuse to spend more time with you. Oh, did I say that out loud?
Bonnie (breathless): Stefan, look. I dig you but I have to be aloof. Elena’s my best friend. You’re a vampire and I’m a witch and we are supposed to hate each other so I think I’ll play hard to get for a bit. I know Elena’s ok with all this and I appreciate what you did to help me…you know giving me your blood and saving my life which was actually super hot…but I’m not really ready to dive into it with you just yet. JUST YET. Note my emphasis, Stefan. NOTE IT!
Stefan (looks dejected): I understand.
